  • TNT WIRELESS INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNT WIRELESS INC’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL TNT WIRELESS INC.’S BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TNT Wireless Inc and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use signifies acceptance.
